Wine at the weekend

510 cals in a bottle of red? it's so do-able!! wow, cant believe i'd never checked that before. know what i'll be drinking this weekend, and just have to go at it extra hard at the gym on monday!

yeah, couple of hours of gardening should do it as well.

They may be empty calories, but boy is that emptiness enjoyable!

I have bought a bottle of Merlot Shirazz and I am so looking forward to it.

I don't get the munchies when I have a drink so I know I wont be binging on any food.

Ive combatted the drinking a bottle problem by buying a box. I know it sounds mad lol but with having a wine box in the fridge Ill happily have one or 2 but no more. If I open a bottle, I drink the lot

I would just see that as a mission to see how many glasses I could get out of a box.

Hey Im the one that takes the box to bits and squeezes the bag when the box seems empty - can get easily another full glass out of it that way

If I had a box I'd drink the lot. I can't be trusted with alcohol in the house I'm afraid. Shameful but true I'm sad to say.

I would drink the lot too.

I only drink wine but I can drink an awful lot of it, and I enjoy drinking.

Not sure if thats a good thing or not but I'm not going to stop it.
