Ignore them all there's nothing worse than people being negative towards you when you've made such a positive change. My sister in law has just started lighter life and I have messaged her everyday telling her how well she's doing and hope she's keeping positive. Keep up the great work and sod their stupid remarks they dont know what they are talking about xxx
