Wish me Luck!

Hi everyone, just been and bought my starter pack today. Going on holiday and i have a few stone to loose. I am really determined to stick to this diet, and i think the meals should be fine as i like salad and stir frys and chicken, beef ect. Am i right thinking i can eat unlimited veggies? obviously not the ones that the booklet tells you to eat in moderation though. Also when i have my meal can i have salad cream or mayo with my salad? and soy sauce ect. with my stir fry? would really appreciate some help as i am desperate to do it right this time, thanks

Normally with mayo of anysort i have about a teaspoon full. it always seems more than ample and i now i dont actually even it all of it.

i rekon have as much as the allowed veggies as you want after all its better to be full up on the stuff thats allowed then go hungry and pick at stuff (which for me has had disasterous consequences this week)
