Am pleased to say I've lost another 3lbs this week.
Was a bit gutted though as I've been watching on my scales this week and yesterday hit 13 stones (not been there since 1993!) then today was 2lbs heavier
Not sure why, know it wasn't real weight but was really, really hoping to be in the 12s! My CDC's scales weigh me a few pounds heavier so my reported weights are using hers so at least when I reach target on hers I'll be even lower
Now starting 3 weeks hols which will include eating out (3 times in next 4 days) so I expect to gain a bit, will try and keep to SS+ as much as possible, but after the hols it's right back on track again. I do have another WI just before I go away but don't expect to have lost anything.
