Wk 15 & 16 Weigh In

Well last weigh in before refeed and weighed in at 24 St so dropped 1 Stone in the last 2 weeks.

Have lost 9 stones in the last 16 weeks. cant fathom that yet.

Will now take a short break but keep reporting while I get Xmas & Hols out the way then in Feb will go back on to loose further weight to get me down to new goal of 21St.

actually started refeed yesterday and had my first bites of food last night and they were devine. green mixed leaves with balsamic (Small breakfast bowl)LUSH, and some carved roast chicken(No Skin & no oil used in the cooking). with a cup of tea with milk.

Really nice, but did I feel guilty about it. I hope that stops.

Hi hun, well done on your loss and you deserve the break over christmas!!! I started refeed on weds and I am loving eating healthy I never knew it could taste sooo good lolxx Good luck on the refeed and keep us informed of your progress xx
