I recently started SW so thought I would start a weekly weigh in thread to show my progress each week :) I will update with each weigh in.

Start Date: Thursday 22nd Feb 2016
Start Weight: 15st 7lb / 217lb
Goal Weight: 10st 7lb / 147lb


Week 1: -3lb
Week 2: STS
Week 3: - 2 1/2lb
Week 4: Thursday 21st March
