Hi i haven't been on in a while as i had no problems with the diet last week at all it was a breeze. I missed quite a few shakes and didn't get as much water as i was supposed to but i still managed to loose 4lb Yeeha. I was just so busy last week i don't no where the week went, but am determined to get my 3 shakes and enough water and get some exercise as well in the hope to loose more this week. I have a wedding on 6th December and can't wait to get a figure hugging outfit and blow my OH away.
