Hi guys!

So I've had my 4th weigh in....I was a bit apprehensive as I didn't lose much last week. But what a surprise I got when I stood on those scales! I've lost another 7 pounds!!! Yay!!!

well done a great loss, have you started to measure yourself yet. I did not do this until the end and wished I had done earlier as that keeps the incentive up when you see those inches melting away.
