Well I've Done It A Whole Month - God That Went Quick !

I Went For My Weigh In And Lost Another 3 lbs ! - Bit Disapointed As Thought I Would Of Lost More

But On The Plus Side I Lost 3lbs - And Pharmacist Did Say Its Probably Because Im Blocked Up And He Gave Me Fibre Clear

So Hopefully Things Will Get Back To Normal With That Lol !

Well done. A loss is a loss and a 3lb loss is jolly good so don't be disappointed. Make sure to take your fibreclear every day. Being bunged up is one of the nasty side effects of LT. Keep up your great work.
