Wk 6 Weigh in - 2nd week on 790 step

Hi guys,

Didnt have such a great week this week. lost 1lb - not happy was hoping to break the 19's this week.

I think that Im going to have a couple of bad weeks now as due to a spa weekend that I won happening on the 12th June I will be moving up to the next step and I reackon that based on this weeks loss on 790 Im going to put weight back on.

Ive stuck to the protien side of the 790 but on the salad side might have a little to much of a serving, didnt think that it would have much affect as it was lettice.

never mind a lb lost is a lb lighter

AAww, it can be disheartening to have a small loss, I of all people know that!! But down is down. No matter what happens CD is there for you with and without blips. The good thing about your spa break is you have time to plan ahead. (unlike me yesterday with friends calling and food in hand). Staying within your limits shouldnt be too complicated as you are not ss-ing. good luck, plan ahead. You will be fine!!!
