wk 8 weigh in Arrgggh

    Here we go again, exactly 4 weeks on from the last time, hence TOTM, stayed the same again, its so frustrating. Never mind, i hope for a big loss next week

    at least you know there is a pattern hun and why it's happening.
    you know it will sort itself out next week.
    some people put weight on during totm so think you're lucky there but i know thats not comforting to you.

    Just like joanne said least you know wat to expect. You are still losing at an impressive rate so you will be at goal before you know it nearly half way there hun congrats.

    Ah, that must be very frustrating, but as has been said - at least there's a pattern to it & it's clear you're not doing anything wrong. You're probably just holding onto more water anyway! I always feel bloated during my TOTM.

    Fingers crossed for a big loss next week to even it out!! :)

    Hope you are ok. I am sure your next weigh in will be better for you. I am on totm right now and am dreading my weigh in tommorow. You have still managed to lose 33 pounds in 8 weeks which is something to be proud of x x

    It is frustrating when we are all making such an effort. Obviously I don't have TOTM but I get disheartened when my losses are small, but we've got to try to look at the bigger picture. You've lost 33lb in 8 weeks - that's just over 4lb a week. Pretty good I reckon.
