WM Bread

I'm wondering if anyone could help me with a quick query... Are you allowed 60g of any whole meal bread?

I'm tempted to have two slices of a normal 800g loaf then cut off the crusts until they weigh 60g - is this cheating do you think?

On the slimming world website it says 60g of any wholemeal bread. So I would say you were fine doing this.

Thanks Lulu! Chopped the crusts off until it weighed 60g and it felt so much nicer than 2 slices of the small nimble loaf!x

Hi, I do this whenever I have bread. Kingsmill tasty wholemeal is my favourite and taking the crusts off makes a much nicer sarnie than using cardboard hovis. :yuk:
