Woke up early and wide awake - Day 4

Day 4 of Liptrim

Woke up early this morning and feel wide awake and ready for the day.

I am usually so sluggish in the mornings and feel so so tired.

I dont have any Ketostix so cannot tell if I am in ketosis or not ??

Can I assume by these unusual bright eyed feelings I am in ketosis ??

Really feel like a new person today - what a refreshing change.

hey hun,

the ketostix arent really worth the money!! you'll be able to tell if you have a dry mouth when you wake up, have a burst of energy (check!), don't feel hungry anymore.

what do you reckon? you very easily could be seeing as you're on day 4 now!

Hi and yes did feel like that.

My tea tasted different this morning due to the taste in my mouth.

I felt a sort of thinner 'empty' feeling under my ribcage ?? Like a lighter hollow feeling !

Am still feeling bright (definitely not having the post bread/sandwich lunch slump) which feels lovely.

Fingers crossed I have entered the 'zone' LOL !!!!!!!
