Woke up feeling possitive!

After been so moody and depressed since my weigh in on wednesday :badmood:( when i had put 2lb on) even though i was been 100% ss, i woke this morning feeling good:stickdance:.
I went to the gym last night:character00115: , think more for my mental state than to lose weight, i think it was more about feeling in controll than the excercise... but it really helped, i did a cardio work out, then swam 10 laps of pool, followed by a jakuzi and sauna ( it was so relaxing). I actually managed to have a good night sleep:snoopyhouse: as well, so this morning i feel great!!!!! So i'm back on with the positive thinking, but still only taking it a day at a time. My challenge every day is just to get to the end of that day!!! Sometimes it does meen going to bed early as it's the evening that i start thinking about food.

Glad :) to hear your feeling soooo good today, I'm still in first week but doing ss+. Headache gone today:eek:, at last. Heres to us future slim's.;)

Great to hear you are feeling more positive today mandy! and excercise does definitely help with the mood doesn't it! early nights and lots of hot baths were my evenings in the early days of SS!
