Wollop's keeping a diary now!!!

    :rolleyes: Well the dreaded week three! My trails this week have inspired me to keep a diary now!

    What can I say, I only lost two pounds this week, I knew I would be losing a lot this week. :doh:

    :sick: :hitthefan: have been constipated, and I have had a dreadful head cold this week, retaining water like I was a big blubbery sponge.

    :) And to top it off I spent the day at the beach Tuesday and had run out of tetras and had no bars, so I was a naughty girl and had fish and chips for lunch, I wasn't as bad asI could have been though, I only had half a small cod and half a small tray of chips. So I had a meger amount compared to what I would have normally crammed in my cakehole, but it was still enough to knock me out of ketosis! :cry: :angeldevil:

    Still I am determined not to let this hold me back or interfere with my progress too much, I am sure that next week I WILL have a fantastic weightloss!!! :D :D :D

    :wave_cry: Hi everyone,

    I hope you have all had a much better week than me! :(

    Since I had my little slip at my day at the beach, it has been sooooo hard to stay on track! :cry: :break_diet:

    Today I went to a open day at my nephew's school, and he had made some biscuits so me and my sis said we would try one so not to dissapoint him (of course!) He had also made some lemon cake (MY FAV!) and so we had to try some of that too! Well in fact, to be completely honest I ended up having 4 biscuits and one slice of lemon cake!!! :angeldevil:

    Can you believe that! What a greedy fat pig I am! :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

    I am paying for it now though, because the IBS that I have been without for the last 3 weeks is back in a big way! :(

    I feel so angry an ashamed with myself, and I have decided to spend the evening in the gym! In fact I think I will be living there until Tuesday (weigh day) so I can keep my promise to myself of a big weight loss this week. As I have knocked my stupid idiotic self right back out of ketosis AGAIN! Ohhh what a plank!!! :needhug:

    I need someone to open a can of :whoopass: on me to get me back on the straight and narrow!
