Hi - can anyone tell me the criteria for moving forwards from group win?

Just interested really, I have been nominated - very excited an wondered if I would meet the criteria for progressing if I did win the groiup vote

I think you have to have lost 3 stone or more to move forward to the next stage x

It's worth asking your consultant as there are about 7 rules to fit the criteria. I don't know them all off the top of my head s

you have to be within a certain weight of your target range too (think that is BMI based)

When i went through to regionals stage i was measured and weighed too before you go to talk in the groups.

I was nominated as my c said it doesnt matter how much you have lost, its how motivational you are within group. I have only lost just under 2.5 stone. The lovely lady who won has lost 4st. I was so very pleased for her.

I didn't win it tonight but I have a lovely big pink certificate on my fridge now to recognise my nomination =D love it! So happy with that
