hi, my name is katey and i am going to start on the inch loss plan tomorrowalso hoping to join in on this forum when i get chance. I understand that the first 2 weeks are 1200, and then the next 2 are 1400, but could somebody tell me what the calorie allowance is after that for a 55 year old woman who is 14 and 1/2 stones please. Any help would really be appreciated, as there isn't a class that i can get to, and i dont have access to a computer all the time ( this one is my sons) hope you dont think i am being too cheeky, really dont want to offend anyone. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Have a good evening everyone, Katey x

Hi Kateyb, i have looked in the book and it says that from week 5 you should be on 1595 calories per day.

Hope that helps and good luck on the plan, i can honestly say if you stick to it the plan really does work.

Can I just point out that although the above information is correct, the calories stated were for your current weight. Hopefully you would have lost quite a few lbs by then do your calories could be less.

If you are joining a class you will be given your duet pack and it will have your allowance guide in the back if the phase 2 and 3 book.

    Hi kateyb!

Hope you enjoy the RC diet!

I've found it fantastic, since February I've lost 3 stone :D

I will say though, exercise is crucial to helping you lose the weight. Also because you will drink a lot during this diet, you will also pee a lot :D

Good luck and keep us all up to date xx
