    Just had my first WI today - with 6 days into the diet - I have lost 6lbs!!! Which is great, as I have has 3 SS+ days this week:)

    Bring on week 2 ladies!:angel09:

    So pleased. That's with a couple of ss+ meals as well! Going to fully do ss this week and see how I get on!
