Sorry to gloat but am feeling tip top happy this morning - had a maintain on my first week but this week I lost 5.5lbs - woooooo!!
Slimmer of the week too.
My top tip? Water water water water - loads of the stuff. I'm shoving a splash of cranberry juice and a splash of lemon juice in with it - chill in the fridge overnight then guzzle all day.:flirt2:
