woo. i had my second week weigh in on tuesday

    Cambridge Diet
    not been on because of college coming back and what not. but I lost another 7lb. Grand total of 1st and 4lb altogether (2 weeks CD, and the week before CD, cutting out carbs)
    Funny thing was, because the lactose vanilla (which i had to throw away after a gulp) was making me feel sick, I had to eat something solid to make up for the two packs I couldn't have. I felt so guilty about that sausage. and it was like. immense when I found out I didn't gain or stay the same because of it xD
