    Just had my second weigh in, day 10....

    7lb gone!

    My measurements were also taken for the first time since starting and i have lost 1 inch from my arms, waist, thighs and hips, and 1/2 inch from my bust!


    1st weigh in (3 days) - 5lbs
    2nd weigh in (10 days) - 7lbs
