Weighed myself today and i have lost 1 stone!!!!!!

1 down 3 1/2 to go!!!!!

I have told myself if i loose over 2stone by xmas i can have the xmas week off then start again on the 1st Jan. i haven't had a nice xmas for over 3yrs as the 1st xmas n new yr i was pregnant and the others i was in a nasty relationship and just got out of it april
