woohoooooo!!!

i got weighed today and lost just a tad bit over 4lb!!! im delighted! thats 2 stone in 7 weeks!!!! so im now weighing in at 12 stone 2lb and i feel great! the chemist thinks i have 3 stone 7lb to go but nooooo way! i wouldnt be visable lol....so ive a little over two stone left!!

Thats a wonderful weigh in, well done.

I cant believe your pharmacist thinks you have that much weight to lose, your BMI would be really low! Losing 2 stone would give you a lovely BMI. Take no notice of him, stick to what your body tells you. x
