Alwyn the only thing I have done differently this time on SW (I did SW yrs ago and got to target but was losing about 1/2lb a week, hence why this is such a shock to me) is not go mad with the free foods and make sure I have my HE's instead of free food, by that I mean having a sandwich for lunch instead of a mugshot and lots of carby things. I do have free food like mugshots just not as much. I'm also more aware of my portion size and when I'm full, tho I've never gone hungry. Also doing alot more red days this time I did mostly green before. I'm not expecting this again next week lol, but I feels great to have had such a good start :)
