Hi everyone, I'm day 3 and doing ok so far! just wondering if anyone knows how you work out your 5% and 10% goals? Is it just those then the half stones and stone marks as goals?
You don't take it away from the total. 10% is simply that of your total start weight. So (as you already got) 157/100*10 = 15.7 which is rounded to 16lbs
For 5% of that it would be 157/100*5 = 7.85 which is rounded to 8lbs (or halved!)
