Working out club 10

Better drink that water!
If I went to a group I'm sure they'd do it for me but how can I work it out?
 
work out your weight in pounds (14 to a stone) then take 10% away, then comvert back to Kgs/stones.

so yours is 11stone 4.5lbs (or 158.5lbs)
 
Well you need to have lost 10% of your body weight so if you started at 176lb then 10% of that is 17.6lb or say 18lbs. So when you get to 158lb you'd get your club 10.

divide by 100 then times that by ten
 
If you are averaging 2lbs a week, 18lbs should roughly take you 9 weeks Hun, so dont fret! Thats not long!

If you weigh 176 lbs

176 divided by 100 = 1.76
1.76 times 10 =17.6
