I'm hoping my BMI will be 25 at tomorrows WI (wishful thinking), and if I am will have another 12 lbs to get to target. How have people taken their steps when they get to this stage? If I do 2 weeks on each step, is it feasible to be at goal by the end of the 1500?

Is the desire to cheat more when you have more choice?

Getting a little nervous, don't want to be fat ever again.

    Any suggestions helpful??

    Thanks.

ive been working up the plans for the last 6 weeks or so as im off on me hols next week, on the lower plans i did still lose and now im on the 1500 plan im not really losing so much, mind u last week i went to a wedding and put on 1 or 3 lbs  but have now lost them again.

beleive me u wont need to cheat as u have that much to eat on the plans i feel totally full all the time and some days i havent even had all that i should have :D
