Charlie brookes one is ok.... not too "jumpy or bouncy".

Nikki if your joints hurt have you thought about swimming? as it'll have the least impact on your joints and can relieve some of the pain.

i have the PCD dance workout which isn't too bad, not too jumpy and bouncy and quite good fun

I've actually just bought my first swimming cossie since i was a child, just finding the nerve to go now!

I only have the Ministry of sound ones.

what i do is record workouts from 2 of the channels on sky :cool: I've done cheerleading, bollywood and i have a carribean workout saved. Theres loads to choose from!

channels 275 i beilieve and theres another not far from it:D

A really laid back one is Tracey Shaw's Salsacise.. you can get it dead cheap online and its a really nice, easy introduction into exercise :) x
