workout routine?

Does anyone have a decent workout routine for the gym that they use, or some good websites to find one? I have just started the gym hoping to shift a couple of stubborn lbs (only about 4-6) and mostly tone up problem areas and get fitter but I'm not sure how much of which exercises to do! I googled 'workout routines for women' and SUCH a load of rubbish came up including fitness articles with big adverts for junk food underneath!!
