worried about gaining weight again

hi I have lost 6 stone and finally have my target weight but I'm worried about regaining. I don't know what has happened these 2 days I have just pigged out I feel so bad and guilty. will this make me gain weight?:
Half a melon honey due
nearly half a water melon
grapes
lots of raisins
cherries
nectarine
strawberries
2 low fat yoghurts
honey
tuna salad
half a ham Sandwhich
I just ate all that for tea! I'm stuffed!
earlier on in the day I had a bowl of Special K cerial with semi skimmed milk and raisins, a yoghurt and also some fruit
 
What's wrong with that you have eaten? Its very healthy and all good stuff.

Don't beat yourself up you have done so well.
 
You are being too hard on yourself I reckon.

I know it is hard but try to stop worrying and start enjoying the fact that you are at your goal weight. Nothing that you ate is bad at all. If you saw some of my bad day lists you would probably be shocked lol.
