Worried about week 3

Hi everyone

well I have my week 3 weigh in on Saturday and I'm really not feeling very optimistic. I've stuck to ss+ religiously but I just don't feel like I've lost much this week. I've heard that week 3 is generally a smaller loss, is this true? I really hope I have lost at least 2lbs I don't want to feel disheartened.

One day at a time!
When I did this last year I continued to have good losses each week. If you have stuck to the plan you will lose weight. Have you checked your inch loss? If for some reason the scales don't drop too much then hold on in there, don't get disheartened and if you continue to stick to plan the next week you should be rewarded with a bigger loss:)
Thanks for your reply, I haven't measured myself yet I did at the start and have decided not to measure myself until next Saturday when I come off it for 3 months. Hopefully no matter what the scales say I will have lost a few inches
