Ok I am following a recipe in the LLL book and 1 portion of chicken is 200-300g. I know I shouldn't look at calories but I'm addicted to calories, and I am eating today over 1000 calories , will this damage me?
If you are unsure you should discuss with your LLC. Remember you don't have to eat it all! 300g of chicken is a lot! I split my protein allowance and have half meat and half peas or lentils or an egg
