Ok I am following a recipe in the LLL book and 1 portion of chicken is 200-300g. I know I shouldn't look at calories but I'm addicted to calories, and I am eating today over 1000 calories :(, will this damage me?
 
Don't worry about the calories! As long as you stick to the allowed ingredients you will be fine. You can still be in ketosis eating those things :)
 
Thank goodness, I hope my weight won't be affected either :p
 
If you are unsure you should discuss with your LLC. Remember you don't have to eat it all! 300g of chicken is a lot! I split my protein allowance and have half meat and half peas or lentils or an egg :)
