I have so far lost 3 stone, I have 2 more stone ish to lose and I am having breast uplift surgery the 27th April. I can have the majority of my weight of by then thanks to lipotrim which is not my worry..... thing is, its my honeymoon 4th July and we are going to a really fab hotel all inclusive with over 10 restaurants and I really dont know how Im going to cope not going weight.... I can manage losing it again but im worried it will ruin my chest after ive gone through all the pain and cost of having the fixed? What can I do to overcome my fears, more importantly my need to stuff my face just because all this food and ale is on offer unlimitied :-(

hi hun I went all inclusive and found myself naturally drawn to the salad bar I stuck to shorts as oppesed to drinking lager and did loads of swimming and because of the special occasion i'm sure they'll be plenty of other calorie burning exercise if you know what i mean!!!!!!!!!

Anyway enjoy yourself and try to keep a hold of the reins think of what you;ve acheived is it really worth spoiling it all

haha good thought....I can get my daily hour in no problem ;-) hehe, theres a gym in the hotel so I have every single intention of using it every day, even if its only 20 minute power walk after breakfast :) And a swim up bar which im sure i can swim around all day hehe, I do actually love salads and potatoes etc but Ive just never been on holiday without the thought "Its my holiday I can blow out every day!" and the point is, I feel terrible when I over eat anyway....haha I will try my very bestest, I best get used to it if I want to stay slim for life :) Im keeping my tosies crossed so tightly haha xx

After dieting your stomach will shrink etc!! and your palate will be cleansed!! Just stick to healthy things... but still allow yourself the odd treat so you dont crave it too much!!
