Breakfast
1 slice toast. 3pp
Laughing cow light 1pp

Mid morning
Banana
Galaxy caramel sweet thingys (?pp)

Lunch
Malteaster bunny. 4pp

Dinner
Chicken balti from Indian
1/2 boiled rice 1/2 chips 31pp

Midnight after work
2 slices toast, butter and jam

hey cheer up! don't beat yourself up over it :) it looks like you made some of your choices yesterday because you were hungry! Try to eat a little more at breakfast and lunch, then by evening you will be thinking clearly as to what choiceyou make, rather than allowing hunger pangs to lead you astray ;)

just a thought, I get chocolate cravings at totm?

Hey, don't let this drag you down! Start tomorrow as a new day because thats the best thing you can do in this situation. The worst thing to do is let it bother you and give up! Don't worry, everyone has a day like this every once in a while.

I found it so difficult to get back on track after mon, but lost 1 lb this week and learnt a valuable lesson.... Plan!
