Well I have been absolute rubbish since last Friday - been completely off plan.
It started with a bad day at work - then out for a meal on Saturday - 2 conferences this week. In the end I just decided to take a week out and get back to it tomorrow before weigh in - the trouble is I have 2 parties this weekend too!
WI tomorrow - I know I will have gained but just hoping not much more than 2lbs but could be more.
Just wanted to get it off my chest really and write it down - back on plan tomorrow and even if I end up over syns on the party days I will be 100% in between and until next WI - I am NOT undoing ALL the good work so far!
Also going on a 10 day holiday 2 weeks today so need to do some damage limitation.
Will still report back on the 4 week challenge tomorrow though.
