...Checking the syn value of a product for me?
It is 'Diet Chef' Lentil and Vegetable Soup which was given to me by a friend who is on this plan (and trying to convert me!!) Not on your nelly I said!!! But I'll try the soup!!! But then I thought it'd be interesting to see what syns it contains!
So, values are(per 100g):
Energy Kcal: 52
Protein: 2.6g
Carbs: 9.6g
Fat: 0.3g
Fibre: 2.1g
Pack size is 300g
Vegetables make up 30% of the content so not sure if this would qualify for a free food allowance?
