Would somebody check my food diary please

Back on the SW wagon as of today - big time! Only have about 10lb to lose but because it's not really that much, have been cheating. Lots!

B - 1 wholemeal toast & spread (hexb & 1.5syns), banana

L - Syn free soup (carrot & leek made with veg stock & a dash of woucester sauce), apple, plum

D - Chicken, asparagus, carrots & roasted veg (onion, peppers & tomatoes in fry light), 2 scoops of mash, bit of mayo 3 syns

Tonight I will have a bag of velvet crunch crisps 4 syns

Total syns for today 8.5.

Hi, I wasn't too hungry suprisingly! I work full time so I'm occupied during the day, it's the evenings where I fall down.

Have stuck to SW really well this week. Had roast pots & sausage for dinner tonight as our cupboards (and fridge & freezer) are bare this week but had free foods the rest of the day so hopefully it won't ruin what I've done this week. Weigh in is tomorrow evening!
