I am in oz and I have something really similar to bachelors pasta and sauce. There's about 500 calories per pack. If I don't make it up with butter and milk do you reckon ill be safe to substitute it?

The nutritional values(nvs) and the quantity in the pack, and the portion size-and the top listed ingredients would help too
