I've just done 9 miles on my new bike through to the beach and back! Very therapeutic but how on earth do those guys do 26.2 miles on the biggest loser!! Hats off to them!!!

hahaha awesome, thats great though and also that your partner is helping you, need to motivate mine a little. Got him on EE but he needs to move a little more

Well done! I really should go out on my bike, it's still in the shed never been used. Had it 6 months now, my mum gave it to me as she didn't use it either. I need to make friends in this area, just recently moved here and know nobody. Anyone need a cycle buddy? Lol
