Wrap as a Healthy option?

Hi

Please could someone give some advice? Could I use a HEX b on a red day for a wrap (plain wrap) or would I be best using my syns?

No wraps can be counted as a HEX on any day I'm afraid.

Use the 1 syn = 20 calories rule to work out syns as there is no free food allowance.

Lowest syn wrap that I know of is the small ASDA wholemeal wraps at 4.5 syns. Confusingly in my ASDA store you find them in the mexican/world food aisle - the ones in the bakery aisles are much bigger and higher syns. Packaging is almost identical though, just different sizes.

Thank you Mandy I have kept enough syns for 1 wrap.

I might have to find something to use up my HEX B. I am sure I will manage it.

I didn't know this, had a whole meal wrap with my tea thinking it was my HE b! Luckily I have had no syns so it will just be 4 and half syns! Now I'm not hungry at all so do I have to have a healthy extra b?!!
