Is there any wholemeal wraps that count as hexb?

I wish!! But no, there isnt.

Will a co-op or ASDA pitta do instead? You could slice them open and roll them up, or just use as a pitta rather than a wrap

might give it a go, hubbs is joining me on sw and he usually has chicken wraps for lunches, he might have to live with sandwiches

I find the warburton's sandwich thins useful and they are only 5 syns each - so lower than pitta bread or wraps.

I have just found the Warburtons Sandwich Tins and am loving them !!! A nice alternative to a wrap

in one of the slimming world leaflets u get when u join,called extra easy menu or something, is a recipe for making wraps, using eggs and frying them-never noticed it b4!! xxx

I too am loving the warburtons sandwich thins. They are so filling. Wish they would make a wholemeal one then maybe they would make them a HEb
