Wrong head space!

Morning guys and gals - sorry to bring you all down but i'm gonna need to have a down thread and some advice.
Well in the beginning of the year i was slimfasting it and finding it fairly easy (despite emotional & domestic problems - me and hubby not really getting on :sigh:) but decided in all my wisdom that if i could stick to slimfast its not such a big jump to go on to cd & i wanted to give my weight loss a kick up the bum and start losing big!

Well, that was the plan, but since making the decision to go on cd i've found that sticking to it isn't as easy as i thought it would be and that the weight loss has come to a complete stand still. :(

I know you have to be in the right head space to be on this diet & given the fact i was doing slimfast i thought it would be easy but i just don't know (what with everything going on at home) whether i'd be better going back to slimfast. :sigh:

My head is all over the place today too.. When I feel like this i can't make a sensible decision so I won't try to tell you what to do!!

All I can say is, if you can find a spare couple of minutes - do an evaluation:

Are you sticking to CD 100%? This diet doesn't work if you're not.

Is slim fast easier because your head was in a different place or do you 'enjoy' doing it more?

Obvious questions but I hope it helps..

You have to do what's right for you.

What parts are you struggling with? Is it the shakes, the flavours, the blending/time angle or are you missing chewing?

Are you stalling because you are cheating? Or is it just not moving?

How long have you been on CD?

Sorry to hear you're in such a dilema Rayven :(
We all want rapid weight results but you really do have to go with what works for you :)
It's probably better for your head if you perceive yourself at succeeding at a diet regardless of which one it is :)

Difficult one and havent any fresh advice that other havent already posted but wanted to say good luck with whatever you choose.

You could always write a pros and cons list for both cd and slimfast but i always go with my instinct and you do have to have a iron strong will and be in the right place to do cd 100%.

I am sorry to hear that your having a hard time hon in deciding what to do..
Is there alot of difference between slim fast and cd... I know you have shakes on slimfast and bars not sure if you eat on it...

Take time to feel whats right for you. and look at both diets at there positives and negatives..

Stay positive whatever way you go.. You can do it!!!
