Wrong Information

    After doing a search on here I read that the Aldi Stores Cook It Taste It Love It, Prosciutto Pork Loin with Apple & Red Onion Relish, frozen~~ 190g serving

    from Aldi was free on a red day - its actually 11 syns!

    It definately says it is free on original in the SW directory

    Where did you get the syn value from?

    I know that a few Aldi things that people thought were free suddenly acquired syns. Not sure if they changed the format, or there was some miscalculations in the first place.

    That is the problem with the books, mine is 2008 and has a quite a few things out of date :)

    Yup. Thats where I got the syn value from!

    Its lucky I checked really as I've bought it now, but I think it may be worth the 11 syns anyhow ;)

    Its strange when sw change syns so drastically. If people were previously eating things as FREE and loosing weight then wheres the problem?

    Do an EE day when you have it and just count the 11 syns, at least then you won't feel guilty lol.

    Had it for tea with chanteney carrots and a cheese leek sauce!!
