I've had 2 lovely meals this week. Made bolenese but ate it with crunchy iceberg lettuce leaves instead of pasta. Was fab, and it allowed me to have eat with the family.
Then last night I had chicken, peppers, onions and mushrooms, fried in the wok, then ate in the lettuce leaves again. Really nice, added a bit of sour cream to the lettuce for a bit of sauce.
