Hi all, well I'm doing ok since my last weigh in..eating well and checking food for fat content etc.Not eaten anything I shouldnt really, not that I know of anyway.Yesterday I felt sick all day and hardly ate, this morning I felt very bloated and gassy so went to the loo.Sorry for the following TMI but I passed wind and the toilet was full of dark orange oil!!!
It was everywhere and very different to any other oil I've sometimes passed.Feel quite queasy now so not sure what the heck its all about.Has anyone here had this happen?

you defo had something that has given you side effects..what you describe are side effects..maybe it was something you cooked your food in or something in the food...
