Right team i'm calling it a night :zz: but here are my stats for today i'm no fuzzy! lol
steps: 10281, cals: 313 and 4.64 miles

also done a 45 min spinning class this morning, estimating burned about 400cals going by the activity calculator in the fitness and exercise forum. I don't have a WW ped yet so not sure about activity points though.

Reset ped for tomorrow, night all! xxx

Although I'm not doing WW I would like to join as I have been using my pedometer during the week. I will start tomorrow Sunday.

Oops Day 1 and forgot to put it on. Plus where does it tell you the steps? I need to read the book better and try harder today. But on the plus side I have bought a treadmill which will come next week so I can walk on that, every little helps.

Not at all! Are you planning on getting a WW at some point or you going to still with this one. Either is fine I will find a mathmatically brilliant way to work out your AP somehow . xxx
