Hi, Im new to ww!
Im on the PP system. Im on 29 pp per day and i was just wodering will I still lose if im not excercising? I dont have time to excercise, but i haven realised being on 29 points per day im eatng more than I usually would. Will i still lose weight?

My leader always says be sure to concentrate on getting the diet right before you get into exercise..she lost 6 stone without doing any exercise!!

In saying that I have to exercise and stick to diet 100% in order to lose..and I can't usually go over 30 of my 49 Pp or I sts

But everyones bodies are different!! Good luck on your journey :)

Thank you PurpleStar!! That really helps!! Im feeling so frustrated this week, its only my second week and I weighed today - (wasn't supposed to until sat) and iv'e put on :( maybe i will be down on saturday!
Will concentrate on the diet frist then!

Oh I know how u feel!! I've been on ww 5 weeks (well this time round anyway!!) In my fourth week I lost 5 pounds (tues night) and then at the weekend I weighed myself on mums scales and was 4 pounds up!! I was gutted!! I hadn't done anything wrong!!! I track everything! But I have chronic constipation and for a few weeks I'm grand then it all stops and I can't 'go' :( I went to class and had 2 and half on..I'm still gutted but trying to stick with it!!!

Just don't go off track ( like I did in sun!!) you will most likely have it off for WI..it's so hard not to jump on and off scales but if you're like me and it doesn't go down when you've been so good I feel like chucking it all in

The only thing I'd say is watch your 49..I really don't think u can eat all your points and an extra 49 and still lose..but maybe that's just me..my weightloss is like a rollercoaster altho won't let it beat me this time :) xx

Hi all im new to this site and im a ww clerk, i only ever use about 15 at most of my 49 and i find i still loose.

Purplestar i would suggest swapping some of your foods such as swapping to Burgan bread which has flaxseed and linseeds on it these really aid digestion. I also take a herbal supplement of Acai everyday and i find this helps my toilet habbits, hope that is usefull.xxxxx

I'll try the acai, I'm always up for new suggestions..I've been going privately to a consultant about it for 10 yrs now but the next step is surgery :( been pretty bad but still trying my best with dieting..I lost 3 and half stone b4 so I just need to persevere!

Im trying really hard to not use all my weekliy points, so far i still have 32 of my weekly points remaining andmy weigh in is on saturday ( tomorrow) so i havent done too bad this wee, on my first week i used all 49 of my points! but i still lost, i hope im down on the scales tomorrow! And to add fuel to teh fire - i have a social night arranged on saturday and i think we ordering chinese! I have no idea what to get, someone suggested mushroom cow mein but i hate mushrooms lol! any ideas?

PurpleStar - im going to try my hardest not to go off track!! i am very much the same ,if it doesn't go down when i've been so good I feel like chucking it all in too!! :( This is the heaviest i have ever weighed! When i got married ( only in October 2010 - 8 months ago) i was 9st.12lbs i have no idea how i have managed to put on so much weight in 8 months! Think it may have been honeymoon and christmas! Shocking!
