Thursday 16th

First week went well, I ate loads, never hungry and down 3lb! Am thrilled. Will update diary as I go from now on.

I had my full 29 dailies even though I know that it has now changed to 26.
I had 19 weeklies (thought it was more)
No exercise (yet)
