My food directorys telling me that those ww desert yogurts are all 0.5 syns

but i was told they were all free except lemon cheesecake yog was 0.5 syns.

i dont understand, why is my brand new directory lying to me!!??

Mine is lying to me too! Saying between 0.5 - 1.5!

Not sure! Recipes can change so maybe this has. I would assume that the online syn directory will be more up to date than the book. If in doubt you can always ring the syn line to make sure.

i got confsed too but used the syn value from the online directory

if they are 05-1.5 each that would explain my half pound gain, (amoungst other things hahah) cause iv been eatin loads to vary betwen mullers each morn and for mid aft. snacks!
